Contingency
Fees are based on a percentage of the selected candidate’s negotiated base salary for the first year. We also provide a 90-day replacement guarantee.
Flat Rate
Fees are based on a negotiated flat rate per hire with an up-front non-refundable deposit. We also provide a 90-day replacement guarantee.
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
For clients with ongoing recruitment needs. The monthly retainer fee is based on turnover rates and projected hiring needs.
