BULATO CO. is the employer of record and is responsible for workers’ compensation insurance, benefits, and payroll. The client is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the employee.

 

Administrative Services Organization

 

These services consist of a complete outsourcing of all Human Resources functions   with  W. E. BULATO CO. becoming your HR Department. Unlike a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), with this program your employees remain your own. You retain complete responsibility and control while we do all the work. W. E. BULATO CO. charges a flat rate per employee for this program on a monthly basis.

 

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)

 

W. E. BULATO CO. manages the client’s entire recruitment process including filling all open positions within the company. Fees are based on the size of the company and the annual turnover rate.
