W. E. BULATO CO. was founded in 2005 by Wayne E. Bulato. Wayne graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management & Human Resources. He has also been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and holds current memberships in both the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA) and the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

He is considered throughout the industry as an expert in the Human Resources Consulting and Executive Search Industries. At the same time he demands a high level of expertise from all of his Associates. All of our Human Resources Consultants and Recruiters have college degrees and are certified as Professionals in Human Resources (PHR) by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

In April of 2009 W. E. BULATO CO. opened and office in Northern California in order to expand our services throughout the entire state. Leading the operations for this expansion is Janmarie Jones. Janmarie has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from California State University, Hayward. She also maintains certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and currently holds memberships in SHRM, the Resources Planning Society, and World at Work (formerly the American Compensation Association).

Janmarie Jones has over fifteen years of accomplished hands-on experience in Human Resources operations working for companies such as:
